Becoming a Patient

Joining The Endocrinology Wellness Institute is a simple process:

STEP 1 - Click here to enroll. Share your basic personal information and medical history as detailed as possible and choose your preferred credit card.

STEP 2 - Upon enrollment, we'll promptly schedule your initial appointment, usually within 2 weeks. There's a $75 enrollment fee. Our staff will instruct you on the necessary information to prepare in advance, including past labs, medical records, imaging, blood glucose monitor data and insulin pump data.

STEP 3 - This comprehensive initial appointment can be in-person or via telemedicine and may last up to 90 minutes. Dr/ Rodriguez will learn about your medical and family history and discuss your endocrine concerns in detail. The initial appointment fee is $399.

STEP 4 - At your initial appointment, Dr. Rodriguez will discuss membership options and care plans. Many patients benefit from joining The Endocrinology Wellness Institute. Click here for membership details. Choose between monthly or upfront payments. Option for upfront payments saves you $200 equivalent to one month of free care from Dr. Rodriguez.
