I’m Dr. Vanessa Rodríguez

I take care of adults 18+ with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, low testosterone, pituitary disorders, and cholesterol issues, among other endocrine conditions.  As a mom and a patient with Type 1 diabetes, since I was 15-yrs old, I have first-hand knowledge on how to successfully manage diabetes using an insulin pump, helping expectant moms manage their diabetes during pregnancy, and helping young adults transition care to an adult endocrinologist.

As a board-certified Endocrinologist with 20+ years of experience in busy hospitals and outpatient care in Puerto Rico, Texas, Indiana, and private practice in Florida, I understand how endocrine care is heavily influenced by lifestyle choices and how effectively it can be managed with fewer medications when patients receive the appropriate coaching and support.  

My medical practice is innovative because I offer a membership model that allows me to provide exceptional medical care to my patients, focusing on the valuable direct doctor-patient relationship from generations ago.  Together, we will come up with a care plan to support your health and well-being. A flat monthly membership fee provides each patient unrushed appointments – in person, via telemedicine, over the phone, or text – education, support, and coaching with a lifestyle approach proven to add quality, mobility, and freedom to their life.
